Terms of Service
Last updated: 29 August 2026
1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of the Workkeep website, the Workkeep licence portal and the Workkeep SharePoint Framework products made available to your organisation. By creating an account or installing a Workkeep package, you accept these terms on behalf of your organisation.
2. Licences
Licences are granted per product and per Microsoft 365 tenant. A licence permits your organisation to install and use the licensed product within the tenant recorded for that licence, for the duration and seat count shown in the licence portal.
- You may not sublicense, resell, or make the products available to a tenant that is not covered by a licence.
- You may not decompile, reverse engineer or redistribute the package files, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
- Licence keys and package downloads are for your organisation's internal use only.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the account details you provide, for keeping credentials confidential, and for the actions taken by users you invite to your organisation's portal. Notify us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to probe or bypass access controls, or to use it in a way that harms other customers.
5. Fees and renewal
Licence fees, terms and renewal dates are agreed in writing with Workkeep and recorded against the licence in the portal. Licences are administered manually at this time; expiry or suspension of a licence ends the right to use the corresponding product.
6. Intellectual property
Workkeep and its licensors retain all rights in the products, packages, documentation and branding. Content your organisation creates or stores in your own SharePoint environment remains yours.
7. Support and availability
We aim to keep the licence portal and package downloads available and to respond to support requests promptly. Any specific service levels apply only where they are stated in a separate written agreement.
8. Warranties and liability
Except where a separate written agreement states otherwise, the service is provided on an “as is” basis without implied warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Workkeep is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and its total liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected product in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may end the relationship in line with the agreed licence term. On termination, you must stop using the products and remove the packages from your tenant. Provisions on intellectual property, liability and confidentiality survive termination.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service evolves; material changes will be published on this page with a new revision date. Questions about these terms can be sent to spo@workkeep.net.
