Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
Workkeep provides governance, provisioning and lifecycle products for Microsoft SharePoint, together with a licence portal used by customer administrators. This policy explains what personal data we process on our website and in the Workkeep licence portal.
For privacy questions, contact spo@workkeep.net.
2. Data we collect
We keep collection to the minimum needed to operate the service:
- Contact data you submit — work email, company name, company size and the SharePoint needs you describe in a demo request or beta waitlist form.
- Account data — the email address and authentication credentials used to sign in to the licence portal.
- Licence and tenant data — organisation name, Microsoft 365 tenant identifier or domain, licensed products, licence status and seat assignments you record.
- Operational logs — package download events and administrative audit entries (who changed what, and when), used for accountability and support.
3. Why we process it
We use this data to respond to demo requests, to create and administer accounts, to issue and track product licences, to make product packages available for download, to maintain an audit trail of administrative actions, and to keep the service secure and reliable.
We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising profiling.
4. Product data inside your tenant
Workkeep products run as SharePoint Framework solutions inside your own Microsoft 365 tenant. Content stored in your SharePoint sites, lists and libraries stays in your tenant under your own Microsoft agreements. Workkeep does not receive a copy of that content as part of licensing.
5. Retention
Account, licence and audit records are retained for as long as your organisation holds an active relationship with Workkeep, and afterwards only where we need them for legal, accounting or dispute-resolution purposes. Demo and waitlist submissions are removed when they are no longer relevant to an active enquiry.
6. Sharing
We share personal data only with service providers that host and operate the platform on our behalf, and only to the extent needed to deliver the service. We may also disclose data where we are legally required to do so.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing, or a copy of the data in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, write to spo@workkeep.net and we will respond within a reasonable period.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new revision date.
